Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Please note that because Prescott Reiki Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Full balance due 8 weeks before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation requests submitted in email form to email@example.com within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
In the very unlikely case that Prescott Reiki cancels any of the retreats/trainings due to too few participants, we will refund you minus the Deposit. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat/training due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancellation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in the Reiki retreat
• The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• Lost baggage or personal items
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
WHY WOULD MY PAYMENT BE NONREFUNDABLE OR PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE?
Our vendor(s) -- campsites, Airbnb owners, property owners -- require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously, and will want to help us provide the best experiences possible to our guests.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Prescott Reiki reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. Current information can always be found on www.prescottreiki.com/terms-conditions and any updates and/or changes will supersede any previous versions.

Payment Plan Policy:
The first payment is a non-refundable deposit paid online to reserve your spot at a retreat.
You will receive a reminder by email for the final balance within 8 weeks from Event start date. If second payment is not made we reserve the right to open your spot to other attendees.
Refund policy link is attached to your email when you check out. It is your responsibility to read the refund policy and the above terms carefully.
