The most important factor in making a lifestyle change is being fully educated on specific recommendations. Each package offers monthly goals designed to fully support you in restoring balance on your journey. As some health & wellness programs only offer specific times and days for consultations, we prefer a more personalized approach. If, for instance you’re shopping for a new healthy item, or following a new recipe & need help, I will answer the phone to walk you through it. In other words, I am here to support you & celebrate your successes on this path to a healthier lifestyle. 6 month Health and Wellness Program. Diet & nutrition: Initial consultation & evaluation followed by monthly 1 hour sessions to support your progress. Nutritional Support: First month supply of organic whole food protein shakes with a link for you to purchase more monthly thereafter. Stem Cell Activation: First month supply of patches that activate your own stem cells to promote healing, restoration and rejuvenation. Reiki Treatment Session: First Reiki session with Jion included. Additional sessions available at a discount while you are on the program. Meditation Classes: Two meditation classes a month included.
